Content Restrictions

This policy explains content and activity that cannot be hosted, promoted, sold, or streamed through BitByte3 services. It forms part of the Terms of Service unless a written agreement provides stricter rules.

Prohibited content and activity

Unlawful activity

Content or activity that violates applicable law, court orders, sanctions, export rules, privacy law, consumer protection law, or platform regulations is not allowed.

Intellectual property infringement

Customers may not upload, publish, sell, or stream content unless they have the required rights, licenses, clearances, and permissions.

Child sexual abuse material and exploitation

Any child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or sexualized content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Terrorism and violent extremism

Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremist organizations, recruitment, instruction, or praise for violent attacks is not allowed.

Hate, harassment, and threats

Content that promotes hatred, targeted harassment, credible threats, or violence against people or protected groups is prohibited.

Non-consensual intimate content

Intimate imagery or sexual content shared without consent, including manipulated or coerced material, is prohibited.

Malware, phishing, and security abuse

Malicious code, credential theft, phishing, bot activity, platform abuse, or attempts to compromise systems or users are not allowed.

Fraud and deceptive activity

Scams, impersonation, misleading payment flows, fake offers, deceptive reviews, and other fraudulent activity are prohibited.

Privacy violations

Publishing personal data, private communications, doxxing material, or confidential information without appropriate rights or lawful basis is not allowed.

Regulated goods and services

Content or transactions involving regulated goods or services must comply with applicable law. BitByte3 may restrict categories that create legal, payment, app-store, or safety risk.

Operator responsibilities

  • Keep rights documentation for video, audio, images, subtitles, trademarks, performers, music, and promotional assets.
  • Apply age ratings, content warnings, regional availability, and access controls where required.
  • Respond promptly to takedown notices, rights disputes, support reports, and lawful authority requests.
  • Avoid misleading users about pricing, subscriptions, cancellation, access windows, or content availability.
  • Monitor user-generated content, comments, uploads, and community features where those are enabled.

Enforcement

BitByte3 may remove content, disable features, suspend access, refuse service, notify a customer, or cooperate with lawful requests where content or activity creates legal, safety, security, payment, app-store, or platform integrity risk.
