Operating Model

BitByte3 is organized around one shared product model: catalog, publishing, viewer apps, monetization, and operations. The CMS controls the business logic, while web, mobile, and TV apps consume the same content and account structure.

Catalog operations

Titles, seasons, episodes, images, videos, cast, genres, collections, networks, tags, languages, maturity ratings, SEO, and revisions.

Publishing workflow

Draft, review, publish, archive, duplicate, bulk publish, TMDB import, and controlled page/carousel merchandising.

Viewer web app

Discovery, search, content detail, profiles, subscriptions, browser playback, and public SEO metadata.

Mobile OTT app

Home, search, library, profiles, downloads, casting, comments, payments, notifications, and native player controls.

TV application

Lean-back discovery, remote navigation, TV login, search, profile flows, subscription gates, and TV playback.

Monetization

Audience operations

Roles

Editorial teams manage catalog and pages. Operators manage users, support, moderation, notifications, and settings. Finance or growth teams manage plans, PPV, activation codes, discount codes, referrals, and analytics. Admin roles and 2FA protect privileged areas.
